4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is presented in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Fees may be one-time, subscription-based, or milestone-based depending on the service agreement. Payment is due as specified in your invoice or subscription plan. Late payments may incur administrative fees or service suspension.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the professional and digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or digital access has been granted. Exceptions may be evaluated at our sole discretion in documented circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

MELARION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to melarion.quest at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms. You may terminate subscription-based services according to the cancellation terms specified in your agreement.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located within that jurisdiction.
